What happens after registration?
After registering, you will receive an email with a personal referral link. You can then forward this link to the practice you wish to recommend.
How much is the bonus per referral?
The amount depends on the chosen product or service. For Claire or Medpress, the bonus is €800, for billing or IT services €900, for Availy or NoShowGo €200, and for Medlog or Happy €100. If the recommended clinic purchases multiple products, your bonus will include bonuses for all of them.
When will the bonus be paid out?
In the first month of each calendar quarter, we check whether all conditions are met. If so, the payment is initiated.
Can I recommend several practices?
Yes. You can submit as many referrals as you like. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at sales@patient21.com.
What requirements must be met?
The recommended practice must purchase a corresponding product and meet the participation requirements. Claire has a minimum contract term of six months. Medpress, Availy, Happy, and Medlog also have a minimum contract term of six months and a minimum net revenue of €1,000.
